1. Our company would like to place an order for standard stand, how is it possible to do it?

Order for equipped exhibit space can be placed through exhibition administration. You should fill in the corresponding item in the main contract for participation in the exhibition (Form № 1).
Note: The plan of your stand must be attached.

1. If type of standard stand is not specified in the appendix, how will it be equipped?

If stand space exceeds the maximum volume specified in the appendix, then it will be equipped according to multiplicity of 18 meter stand.
Note: Example: Stand of 70 square meters of space.70:18=3,88888. Standard is 3 times by 18 square meters.;
2. If standard stand space figure is in interval between two standards, specified in the appendix, then the stand will be equipped according to the smaller standard figure.
Note: Example: Stand of 14 square meters will be equipped according to the standard of 12 meter stand.

3. If exhibitor does not need any of standard equipment can he substitute it by any other one that is for the same price?

Equipment of standard stands can not be substituted.
Note: Additional equipment can be ordered in accordance with the form №2.

4. Is it possible to choose the colour of carpeting for the stand?

For standard stands there is provided carpeting of a certain colour (according to general standard it is grey). If exhibitor wishes he can chose carpeting of other colour.
Note: Possible colours of carpeting: grey, wine red, red, blue, green.

5. How is it possible to choose additional equipment?

Additional equipment is ordered in accordance with forms № 2 and № 3. Terms for placing an order are indicated in these forms. In case of ordering additional equipment later the indicated time, the price will be higher (it is specified in forms № 2, № 3).

6. Is it possible to change colour of standard panels?

The colour of panels can be changed by papering them with ORACAL materials (641 series). This service can be ordered in accordance with the form №2.
Note: individual papering of stands with any material is prohibited. Manager from MVK Design LTD calculates how many meters of ORACAL will be required for carpeting.
